FICCI Aditya Birla CSR Centre for Excellence is organising two days training program on Adaptive Management of CSR Projects/ Programs. The training is scheduled for 26 and 27 February 2018 at FICCI, Federation House, New Delhi.
The two days training will focus on how monitoring and evaluation can support Adaptive management (AM), also known as adaptive resource management (ARM) for impactful implementation of CSR Projects or programs. Adaptive management (AM) or adaptive environmental assessment and management (AEAM), is a structured, iterative process of robust decision making in the face of uncertainty, with an aim to reducing uncertainty over time via system monitoring. AM is Commonly associated with environment and resource management but is becoming more common in other areas of program management and development.
